The client retains 100% IP ownership of all custom code delivered upon final payment.
We deploy to your preferred cloud provider (Vercel, AWS) and can manage hosting on your behalf as part of a maintenance retainer.
Standard projects follow a 50% upfront, 25% at midpoint, and 25% at final deployment schedule. Larger engagements may use custom milestone schedules.
Listed rates on our pricing page are starting estimates. Final pricing depends on integration complexity, custom design needs, and SLA requirements, confirmed after discovery.
You can opt into a monthly maintenance retainer covering security patching, uptime monitoring, and content updates, or handle updates independently — the codebase is yours either way.
Maintenance retainer clients receive a 4-hour response window during business hours for priority issues.
